Discover the harmony of movement and mindfulness in my 'Aligned Flow' class - designed to be accessible to all bodies and experience levels. This class offers a slow flowing yet energising vinyasa style with a strong emphasis on safe alignment, helping you build strength, balance and body awareness. You'll move with intention, linking breath to movement while receiving guidance to support safe and functional alignment. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, my 'Aligned Flow' class creates space for everyone to move mindfully and feel connected, on and off the mat.

Yes, there are plenty of public parking spaces available right outside the hall in the car park or facing the beach.

Of course! My classes are thoughtfully designed to be accessible for all levels. I focus on moving with intention and honing in on correct alignment with lots of options to modify your practice as we move and flow. Whether you're brand new to yoga or just feeling a little rusty returning to your mat after a break (I've been there, I get you) this class will help you build confidence, strength, and deepen your connection to your body at your own pace.

I recommend comfortable yoga, activewear or gym-appropriate clothing that you can move freely in.

You’ll find a private toilet at our location in South Golden Beach if you need to change before or after work, located within the community hall. And if you need to cool off after class why not plan a dip in the ocean right next to our beautiful space.

Yes, please! I encourage all students to bring their own yoga mat and any props they like to use (like blocks, straps, or a blanket) as I have limited supply available. Bringing your own helps ensure you're comfortable and fully supported during class. You might also like to bring a water bottle, a small towel, and a light cover up to keep you warm during your final relaxation.

The community hall doors open 15 minutes before class so you can relax, stretch and soak in the beautiful space and sounds of the ocean outside before class starts. This is also the best time to chat to Brodie if you have any injuries you need to share or questions about your practice
